As founder and CEO, Dan is responsible for driving the company's business innovation and strategy. An experienced and accomplished sales executive, Dan has built an effective sales team for the company from the ground up. He co-founded Arraya Solutions in 1999 and transformed the company from a four person consulting firm into a leading IT consultancy and reseller, servicing clients in all industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Dan works with customers to efficiently meet their IT business needs, through an understanding of their IT vision and goals. He develops strategic partnerships with manufacturers in the industry and nurtures those relationships to grow Arraya's business. Dan has secured Arraya Solutions as a top partner of best of breed, leading-edge IT manufacturers, to ensure that Arraya has a solution for any IT infrastructure. In addition, Dan plans and oversees the company's annual budget and overall business plan.
A founder of Arraya Solutions, David is responsible for driving the company's technical innovations, strategy, project management, operational support and consulting teams. Combining his electrical engineering experience with his accomplished career as a designer and engineer, David is able to organize and create an effective technology plan for his clients. He accomplishes this by translating a client's business needs into a cost conscious and practical IT plan. David and his team are able to develop the best solution for a client by utilizing Arraya's long history and vast network of manufacturing partners. He continues to lead the charge in finding manufacturing partners who can help his team achieve these goals.
David holds numerous certifications and is involved in many open source projects.
As the Senior Director, Enterprise Services, Greg is responsible for Arraya's presales and solutions architecture activities, as well as vendor relationship management. Greg holds a number of technology architecture and project management certifications and accreditations. Greg and his team have a proven track record of developing solutions and processes aimed at minimizing business risk, simplifying IT operations and enhancing business efficiency for organizations of all sizes and across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Arraya in 2009, Greg held various leadership positions, in which he focused on building new practice areas, developing and maintaining a project management office and managing service delivery and technical presales. Greg received his MBA from St. Joseph's University (Philadelphia, PA) and a Bachelors of Business Administration from La Salle University (Philadelphia, PA).
Rocky is a leading technical expert in cloud and virtual computing with over 10 years of business and technical experience. He has assisted many organizations with the architecture and design of technology solutions for recovery, consolidation and availability, using technologies from all of Arraya's partners. He holds expert level, technical certifications from EMC, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and Dell. Rocky has worked with customers around the globe to design, deploy and configure numerous technologies, following industry operational methodologies.
Before coming to Arraya he was the Vice President of a small technical consulting firm where he spearheaded the building of various business lines and customer relationships, and was the go-to person for all new technologies. With a track record of excellence and personal commitment to integrity in all he does, Rocky provides clients with customized solutions to keep them on the cutting-edge of technology innovation.
As the Cisco Practice Director, Ryan’s responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and staff, ensuring Arraya delivers exceptional customer service at all times, developing the region’s premier implementation team and focusing on understanding our customers’ businesses to ensure we provide solutions that enable them to gain a competitive advantage. Ryan specializes in recognizing opportunities to enhance business value with strategic IT investments that align business processes with IT.

Sally K. Bonner is a results-driven global finance executive with expertise in financial management, business analytics and operational metrics. Most recently, as VP Finance, Global Operations with IMS Health, she directed all financial aspects of a $440M gross expense organization with 6,000 resources in 60 countries. Sally earned rapid role progression due to her established track record of leading teams assigned to operational and strategic imperatives across a broad set of initiatives. Prior to IMS, Sally worked with other global companies, namely Transport International Pool, GE Capital Company and Del Monte Fresh Produce.
Sally is a bottom-line oriented professional able to reduce expenses through effective use of technology and leveraging of off-shoring and outsourcing strategies as well as a business strategist adept at building profitable operations across the company and achieving long-term goals. She obtained her M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business and Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University. She is active in her community and is a member of professional organizations such as the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and GPSEG, Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group.
Jim is an accomplished professional with more than 30 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. His experiences have spanned multiple markets including higher education, government, utilities, finance and manufacturing. He has a proven track record in building high performance teams, strategic and tactical planning, project management, P&L management, disaster recovery, service deployment and delivery. Jim has broad experience in implementing technology-based solutions across many platforms including IBM, HP, Sun, Dell, Oracle, Microsoft, Unix and Linux.
Jim has developed strategies and directed their execution to meet their business goals and objectives. He utilizes cross functional collaboration in both the planning and execution phases of operational projects that promote ongoing consensus and ownership thereby ensuring successful outcomes. Throughout his career, Jim has focused on managing change, whether it is technical, organizational or aspects of the business. Prior to joining Arraya, Jim served as Vice President of Client Services for Dynamic Synergies Group, Inc. He was responsible for the development and delivery of the company's ManageSurety offering for management of their clients' IT infrastructure utilizing on and off-shore partners for portions of the delivery process.
As Arraya's Director of Marketing and Communications, Erin is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, including external and internal communications; new customer acquisition programs; brand awareness; partner relationships; and targeted events. Erin brings nearly 10 years of experience in marketing, with a background in journalism and public relations.
Prior to joining Arraya, Erin was Director of Marketing for North American Publishing Company in Philadelphia. There she managed the print and online advertising efforts, relaunched the company website and executed the marketing strategy for an industry trade show, which hosts over 4,000 attendees annually.
