Cyber Security Practice Manager

Arraya Solutions is looking for a Cyber Security Practice Manager to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the delivery team by leading the Cyber Security Practice. In this role, you will you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting deliverables, providing technical guidance to stakeholders in a variety of businesses in all aspects of cyber security and risk.

Responsibilities: 

***75% of the time will be interaction with customers to sell security solutions*** 

  • Manage and grow the Cyber Security Practice
  • Oversee the proactive identification and remediation of vulnerabilities
  • Continually drive cyber security enhancements through standardized workflows and process improvements
  • Establish and enforce cyber security standards for software architectures, including ensuring that security standards are properly addressed and developing risk mitigation plans
  • Increase customer loyalty through effective communications, professionalism, and going above and beyond the customer’s expectations
  • Provide pipeline and forecast updates
  • Stay informed about new services, technologies, and other information that may be of interest to clients
  • Provide market intelligence to the management staff and participate in the development of future solution strategies
  • Participate with OEM vendors and SE teams on product roadmaps and strategy
  • Continue to stay current in all aspects of the solutions within your area of expertise
  • Maintain existing vendor certifications and continue to grow technical skill set 

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with security issue management, techniques, and process integration preferably within an enterprise organization
  • 3+ years of experience with security architecture and engineering of network, infrastructure, and cloud technology, preferably in multi-tenant environments
  • Must be well versed with cyber security management including security controls architecture, incident response preparedness and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security event analytics and correlation
  • Experience with leading and advising clients on security to include risk, governance, technology, regulatory drivers and IT security and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, ITIL standards
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing a practice
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and communicate with other team members
  • Must have excellent communication, documentation, and customer facing skills

Education and Training: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer or similar disciplines
    CISSP, CRISC and/or CISA certifications, preferred

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week.
