Sales Operations Specialist

Arraya Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will work with the sales team to progress and grow the Arraya portfolio within their accounts by supporting sales activities pertinent to all aspects of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have the capacity to manage multiple priorities, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to follow process and direction while interacting with the sales team, other functional areas within Arraya, and external customers.

The Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will work out of the Plymouth Meeting, PA office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Advance Sales Team velocity throughout the sales cycle by managing the process, internally and externally, towards close through NetSuite
  • Analyze vendor costing and Arraya quotes to ensure the quote contains the most advantageous program costing and gross profit available
  • Track open quotes, Statements of Work (SOW’s) and proposals to ensure timely delivery by the Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Maintenance Renewals teams
  • Submit, manage and track deal registrations with OEM vendors
  • AE Interactions will include, but not be limited to,
    • Limited customer follow-up on Account Manager-led initiatives
      • Cold-calling is not within the scope of this role
    • Liaise on specific internal project status meetings; providing necessary updates to the AE
    • Resolution of customer satisfaction issues
    • Contributing to the successful accomplishment of Sales Team KPI’s
  • Maintain a regular cadence with the assigned AE team to ensure alignment on initiatives and goals
  • Build internal relationships across multiple teams
  • Input of relevant information may be required on certain opportunities, including accurate forecast, opportunity creation and updates (including quote selection), into the NetSuite CRM
  • Additional responsibilities as required and assigned

Skills/Experience Required:

  • College degree or military experience
  • Two (2) years’ experience – in sales or a sales support role
  • Strong OEM pricing exposure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong listening skills
  • Must have very strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Team player with the ability to take direction
  • Fluency in MS Office applications required; experience with NetSuite CRM preferred
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • The ability to perform all functions and responsibilities of the role in a timely manner
