As the Network Operations Center Team Lead, you will oversee our team responsible for 24/7 monitoring and support of our client’s network, server, and cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Logic Monitor and experience with providing top-tier IT support.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of passionate and talented help desk technicians, infrastructure analysts, and network engineers supporting the latest technologies including cloud, network, and cyber security.
This position reports to the Director of Managed Services.
- Lead a team providing round-the-clock monitoring and support for a diverse set of clients, ensuring network, server, and cloud health
- Act as the subject matter expert for Logic Monitor, guiding its integration, customization, and optimization for comprehensive infrastructure monitoring
- Design and refine monitoring strategies that encompass network, server, and cloud services, ensuring early detection and response to issues
- Perform advanced system analysis and fine-tuning to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance
- Streamline incident management procedures to ensure quick resolution and minimal operational disruption for our customers
- Deliver in-depth technical analysis and reports for significant incidents, contributing to robust post-mortem evaluations
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), working closely with team members to achieve and surpass these benchmarks through consistent monitoring and process optimization
- Conduct regular presentations for clients to report on service performance metrics and lead potential customer demonstrations to showcase our monitoring capabilities and service value
- Collaborate with various IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve multifaceted infrastructure issues
- Develop and deliver staff training on Logic Monitor, along with other essential tools, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team
- Keep pace with technological advancements in network, server, and cloud monitoring to maintain a state-of-the-art operations center
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a NOC or similar technical environment, including 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead capacity
- NOC monitoring system experience required, preferred experience with Logic Monitor
- Extensive expertise in Logic Monitor with a proven track record of effective deployment and management
- Comprehensive understanding of network, server, and cloud infrastructure and related technologies
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of driving team success in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude and the ability to navigate complex scenarios
- Excellent communication skills, with a penchant for mentorship and team development
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or specific to Logic Monitor are strongly preferred

- This is a full-time remote position, (40) hours/week
- Work is performed in a 24x7x365 operations environment
- Work hours may vary as the team is working 24x7x365
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
