Arraya’s Microsoft 365 Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) is a hands-on, guided workshop that can be tailored to the skill levels and needs of attendees. During these sessions, attendees step into a variety of real world scenarios and use cases armed with the latest solutions and devices from Microsoft. The goal? Help users feel more at home with Microsoft 365 and allow them to be better prepared to extract full value from current or future investments.
This session will cover the ways in which Microsoft 365 innovations such as Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint are reimagining the workplace and what it means to work together. Among other solutions, attendees can learn how to utilize Power Automate, Planner, Teams Bots and Workflow Automation.

As an added benefit during our January CIE, we’ll dive into Microsoft’s Power Platform, specifically the Return to the Workplace solution. This solution includes Power Apps templates for your employees, care managers, and location managers, to help organizations reopen responsibly and monitor intelligently.
