Employee feedback earns company recognition as one of the best places to work in the Philadelphia region

Arraya Solutions announced today it was named a 2015 Philly.com Top Workplace. Arraya ranks 23 out of 35 in the small company category, which includes organizations with under 150 employees in the Philadelphia region. This is the first time Arraya has been recognized on the list.

The Top Workplaces are determined completely based on employee feedback. The confidential employee survey of 6,000 companies was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement based in Exton, PA.

“Company culture and employee engagement are two elements we pride ourselves on at Arraya Solutions,” said Daniel Lifshutz, CEO. “We are thrilled to be recognized on such a highly selective list and the fact that our employees were the deciding factor makes it even more of an honor.”

The employee surveys focus on three main areas: organizational health, individual job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Organizational health assesses the fundamentals of the company including values, execution, leadership, and culture. This is followed by the “My Job” section which looks into an individual’s day-to-day job – aspects like managers, pay, training, and work/life balance. Lastly, the survey explores how employees feel about working at the company overall, with questions to determine motivation, wanting to stay, and wanting to recommend working for the company to others.

Survey sponsor WorkplaceDynamics reported that this year more than 2 million employees in over 6,000 organizations participated in the Top Workplaces campaign, conducted in partnership with more than 40 media partners across the country.
