Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Actively seek new business opportunities to sell the full range of Arraya products and services to achieve revenue and gross profit goals, with emphasis on identifying new customer opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships by acting as an advisor on industry trends and how Arraya’s product and service offerings can be leveraged for positive outcomes.
- Anticipate clients’ needs and, in collaboration with Arraya marketing, consulting, and/or management staff, develops and presents proposed solutions to client’s complex IT issues.
- Acts as a liaison between Arraya and clients for all sales activities.
- Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with the CX Team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- At least three (3) years of B2B sales experience
- At least three (3) years managing a territory for a hardware, software or security vendor
- Effective hunting and prospecting methods
- Proven sales experience with Enterprise and Commercial accounts
- Extensive and expert knowledge of customer account management and proven experience in seeking and securing new business
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable with a positive and enthusiastic spirit
- Sales experience with IT Infrastructure and OEM/ISV hardware/software is required
- IT solutions/consulting services portfolio is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BS/BA preferred

- Monday through Friday
- Some overnight travel required
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of being in a stationary position while working on a computer
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 40 pounds at times
- Must be comfortable operating a computer and/or other office productivity machinery

Salary Description
$100,000 – $125,000 annually plus commission
