What’s a part of your job that you particularly enjoy?
I enjoy getting to help Arraya team members navigate through some of the most exciting times in their lives, like welcoming a new family member or getting married, moving to a new home, or receiving a promotion. It is awesome to see team members excel in their personal and professional lives!
You’re stranded on a deserted island. What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?
My rescue dog, Penny! She is the greatest companion, and I can always rely on her to make me laugh, smile, and have a fun time no matter how tough life can be.
What’s one skill that you’ve improved in the last year? How did you do it?
Time management! Being able to work remotely and not have a commute each day has helped me manage my time better in my personal life, which has translated into me being more productive and present during the workday. I love that Arraya provides a great work/life balance!
What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
My mom always says, “to take things one step at a time.” It reminds me to focus on one task before moving on to another when things get overwhelming.
What’s the last TV show that you binged on?
My boyfriend and I recently started watching Blue Bloods from the beginning. We love crime/cop shows, so if anyone has good recommendations, send them my way!
