ARRAYA'S ALLSTARS

What makes you proud to work for Arraya?

For me, culture is very important, and working for an organization that has it is a must. When I came to Arraya, the first thing I noticed right away was how many long-standing employees there were and how much they all enjoyed working together. When interacting with our customer base and seeing how great Arraya’s reputation is, I feel honored to be a part of the team.

What’s one skill that you’ve improved in the last year? How did you do it?

I like to say that I am always working to get better, whether that’s professionally or personally. Over the last year, I worked on building professional relationships and I made sure to spend more time getting to know my teammates better. I asked them questions about their roles, and really tried to understand them better. This has helped make an impact on what I do and bettered our team as a whole.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?

I know this sounds cliché, but my mother taught me at a young age that no matter what decision you make in life, just make sure that YOU are happy with it. Living with regret can be a huge burden and can stop you from advancing to the next step in life. Any time I have a hard decision, I always think back to our conversations and that helps me find my way.

What’s a part of your job that you particularly enjoy?

I enjoy helping people accomplish their own goals. Whether that’s an engineer moving up to a higher role or a customer who has accomplished their goal with the help of an Arraya expert.

What’s one moment of success you experienced this week?

A newer customer of ours had interviewed a couple of our candidates and, initially, the candidates were missing the mark. We worked on a new strategy for identifying candidates and we were able to find a great fit. They will be receiving an offer from the customer this week.
