What makes you proud to work for Arraya?

I’m proud to be part of a team that solves complex IT challenges and delivers real value to customers. Arraya fosters a collaborative and innovative culture that benefits our clients and their success.


What's one skill that you've improved in the last year? How did you do it?

One skill I’ve improved in the last year is expanding my network to better serve my customers. I achieved this by building relationships with new OEMs that have strong reputations and solutions that align with my customers' needs. This has allowed me to offer more tailored solutions, provide fresh perspectives, and strengthen my role as a trusted advisor.


What's the best piece of advice you've received?

To focus on the little things: the details, the fundamentals, the seemingly small habits, is what compounds over time into excellence.


What's a part of your job that you particularly enjoy?

I enjoy working closely with customers to identify solutions that improve their business. Solving challenges and building strong partnerships is incredibly fulfilling.


What's one moment of success you experienced this week?

We helped a customer by finalizing a transformational project that will have a lasting impact on their business. Seeing months of collaboration, strategic planning, and problem-solving come together into a successful outcome was a great reminder of why building strong relationships and delivering real value matters.


Outside of work, what activity makes you lose track of time?

I lose track of time when I’m working out, training for my private pilot’s license, reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with Michelle and our dog, Zoey. Whether it’s pushing myself in the gym, learning something new, or just enjoying time with my family, these are the things that keep me engaged and motivated.
