- Cassandra Bowser, Project Manager II
Cassandra has 10+ years of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in business management: computer information systems, and numerous certifications (PMP, CSM, PSMI, AZ-104, MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA Sec+, and A+). She specializes in traditional, hybrid, and agile methodologies. At Arraya, she manages a diverse portfolio of projects with a focus on project success and client satisfaction.
- Karen Mears, Project Manager II
Karen has 30+ years of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in information services, numerous certifications (PMP, CSM), and training in project management/Microsoft concentrations. She possesses a robust background in IT project management across industries, demonstrates a strong track record of delivering results, and effectively manages teams and resources to meet customer objectives.
- Evan Tupa, Project Manager, Team Lead
Evan has 16+ years of IT experience, a bachelor’s in information systems, and a PMP certification. He excels at strategic technology implementation to enhance efficiency and financial performance, and manages complex data center, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure projects. He is known for aligning technology with business objectives to drive operational success across various industries.
- Michael Davis, Senior Director, Project Management
Michael has 32+ years of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT project management, and numerous certifications (PMP, IITL, GWCPM, CSM, LSSBG). He is adept in multiple methodologies and industries as well as skilled in both leading PM teams and setting up PMOs. Michael steers business transformation and utilizes advanced technologies for project management.
Throughout 2022 – 2023, the Arraya Solutions PMO established a new collection of project management solutions that is more efficient and uniform. This accomplishment standardizes every element of our project management process, leading to improved project delivery quality. As a result, customer satisfaction has measurably and consistently improved.

Our PMO uses various tools to achieve more efficiency and effectiveness. We use NetSuite for KPI metrics, reporting, and monitoring, and Microsoft Online Project Management solutions for complex and collaborative projects. We also integrate AI assistance for faster responses, scenario reviews, communications, etc.
These tools are supported by our centralized PMO intranet to maintain standards and governance across the entire project management portfolio. Our customers appreciate the difference.
