Thomas York joins the C-Suite, Erin Steinmetz and Melina Anthony take leading marketing and customer experience roles
January 11, 2021 – Arraya Solutions announced today the appointment of Thomas York as the company’s first Chief Operating Officer. The establishment of this role marks an exciting milestone in the company’s growth and success during its third decade in business. As COO, York will lead the company’s ongoing operational growth and oversee the successful delivery of its industry-leading services and solutions. “Adding this key c-level role will help us execute our strategy for growth and deliver on our commitment to provide the best support and service to our customers,” said Daniel Lifshutz, CEO of Arraya Solutions.
Over the past 10 years, York has excelled in various roles within the organization, across multiple departments and functions – always championing a culture of cross-functional collaboration. His recent accomplishments include the successful consolidation of Arraya services under one umbrella with standardization and industry best practices. He will leverage his deep understanding of Arraya’s business to lead company operations, including service delivery, implementation of strategic initiatives, and continued advancement of internal processes.

In addition, Arraya Solutions is excited to announce the promotion of Erin Steinmetz to Vice President, Marketing & Communications and Melina Anthony to Director, Customer Experience.
Since joining the company 11 years ago, Steinmetz has consistently grown and strengthened Arraya’s marketing capabilities and brand initiatives. In her new role as Vice President, Marketing & Communications, she will continue to lead the development and execution of the company’s corporate marketing and communications strategy, including efforts for brand recognition, demand generation, partnership marketing, and events.

Since joining the team in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager, Anthony has worked diligently to build out Arraya’s Customer Experience practice, including Customer Success and Lifecycle Management services. As Director, Customer Experience, Anthony will continue to lead and implement Arraya’s CX offerings to accelerate success for clients.
