Arraya Solutions Selected as 2022 Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer

April 18, 2022 – Arraya Solutions announced today it has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. This is the sixth time Arraya has been selected for the Top Workplaces list.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

“This recognition is particularly special to us, as the decision-makers were our very own employees,” said Daniel Lifshutz, CEO of Arraya Solutions. “We believe that providing the best possible service to our customers stems from employees who are fully engaged and satisfied in their work. This makes us more thankful than ever for our incredible team. We value their direct input tremendously to help us become an even better workplace.”

Energage’s anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection – as well as on basics such as benefits, availability of training, etc. Participating organizations were divided up into three categories based on the size of their teams: small, midsized, and large. Arraya placed in the small company category, which is home to organizations with fewer than 150 employees.
