November 21, 2017 – Arraya Solutions announced today the launch of its new Staffing Services Practice. This practice will operate under the mission statement of connecting Arraya’s customers with the “on-demand” technical resources they need to achieve their IT goals. This new service offering is meant to complement and add value to Arraya’s already-existing service and solution offerings.
Leading the Staffing Services Practice will be Harry Chen, who comes to Arraya with more than a decade of information technology experience. Chen is an accomplished Information Technology Recruiter, Manager, and Practice Leader with a hands on background in software development & IT support. He has expertise in the full lifecycle recruitment of IT professionals – creating recruiting strategies with customers and working with consultants, contractors, and both temporary and full-time resources.
“Every day, business units are being told to become more dynamic, more nimble, and they’re being asked to do that without sacrificing service quality,” explained Chen. “That’s a tall order to fill. However, by working with a staffing solutions provider, such as Arraya, clients will have a responsive and flexible resourcing solution that can help them realize those two conflicting objectives.”
“Arraya has always been committed to empowering IT teams and entire businesses to succeed in any technology landscape,” explained Arraya CEO Daniel Lifshutz. “Standing alongside our Managed and Professional Services, Staffing Services will be yet another way we can empower our clients. We’re excited for the ways in which this new practice will enhance our capacity to support our customers’ immediate, direct needs, as well as the potential it offers for long-term integration with our current capabilities.”
