April 19, 2021 – Arraya Solutions announced today it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. This designation is awarded based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading employee engagement platform provider. This is Arraya’s fifth time on the Top Workplaces list.
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
“It’s an honor to earn a place on this highly selective list, particularly since it’s based on our employees’ feedback,” said Daniel Lifshutz, CEO of Arraya Solutions. “Since our founding, Arraya has believed in the idea that when its employees are fully engaged in their work, there’s no limit to what a company can achieve. This past year, our teams came together more than ever to ensure our clients successfully navigated the disruption of 2020. Achieving this recognition following such a challenging and unprecedented year, makes it that much more substantial.”
Energage’s anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection – as well as on basics such as benefits, availability of training, etc. Participating organizations were divided up into three categories based on the size of their teams: small, midsized, and large. Arraya placed in the small company category, which is home to organizations with fewer than 150 employees.
