Arraya Solutions Selected as 2021 Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer

April 19, 2021 – Arraya Solutions announced today it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. This designation is awarded based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading employee engagement platform provider. This is Arraya’s fifth time on the Top Workplaces list.

Energage’s anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection – as well as on basics such as benefits, availability of training, etc. Participating organizations were divided up into three categories based on the size of their teams: small, midsized, and large. Arraya placed in the small company category, which is home to organizations with fewer than 150 employees.
